Sierra Industrial Power Equipment - Return Policy
At Sierra Industrial Power Equipment, we value your satisfaction with our products and strive to provide you with the best possible service. If you find it necessary to return a product, please read and adhere to our return policy outlined below.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are manufactured specifically to meet your unique needs. We understand that there may be circumstances that require a return. Custom orders that are returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The following conditions must be met for a custom order return to be eligible:
- The item must be in like-new condition, free from any signs of use, wear, or damage.
- The original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- A return request for custom orders must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
In-Store Equipment: In-store equipment can be returned under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Sierra Industrial Power Equipment will inspect the returned item to ensure it is in like-new condition and free from any signs of use, wear, or damage.
- A return request for in-store equipment must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Wash Trailers: Wash trailers are considered non-returnable items. These items are only subject to warranties. If you encounter any issues with your wash trailer, please refer to the warranty information provided to address your concerns.
Non-Returnable Items: Any power equipment that has been run or used is considered non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage, as we cannot resell such items as new.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. Sierra Industrial Power Equipment will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim: If you encounter issues with a warranty-eligible product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Sierra Industrial Power Equipment's Customer Service Department to initiate a warranty claim.
- Follow the instructions provided for the warranty process, which may include repair, replacement, or other resolution as specified in the warranty terms.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy conditions. If the return is approved, a refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process.
